Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 3 days of delivery at

Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. CompanyStore.IN will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Damaged or defective package should not be received by the customer at the time of delivery and should be informed to the customer help desk immediately.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate.
Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. No returns after 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not issue call tags nor accept freight collect shipments. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping cost and /or at our discretion issue a call tag to retrieve the item(s).
We will accept damaged merchandise for exchange or credit. If your purchase has defects or errors, please email the information with your order number located on your packing slip for exchange or credit along with photography of the damage to the product or package. Customer Service will issue a "return authorization number. This RA number must be on the outside of the returned box.
In case of Credits returns of purchase through the payment gateway may take over 90 days to process as per standard guidelines of credit card issuing bank. Returns must be made within 30 days. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not defective or damaged.
Returning an Item
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:
• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use a reputed courier service to arrange the return of the products.

Many of the items that are sold on CompanyStore.in come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.
All other products have a limited liability warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects. Such products queries can be addressed directly to CompanyStore.in
