HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
We strongly encourage you to place your order on line. You may also place an Offline order for bulk quantity by faxing. If you need assistance placing your order please call +91 9980138888 and customer service will help you.
Please order your product up to the value you wish to purchase (preferably in one single order to reduce shipping costs and avoid shipping errors) and proceed to provide your billing details. These details are required to archive data for future purchases and is mandatory to fill. The products will be shipped to preferred location. When you make a purchase from the IBM Logostore, we use the information you provide to process your order. We will send you e-mail to confirm your order.
All prices on this site will be shown in different currencies depending on the region you select when you login. The 12 currencies are as follows,

You may purchase by using your Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Master card, ITZ cash, City bank Paymate,or pay through Net Banking or ATM-Cum-Debit card once you have successfully registered with us.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER?

Special order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on your CompanyStore.IN and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
ADVANCED SALE ITEMS
Advanced Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale item your order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.
Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All in-stock orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days only from the date of order receipt of Blue Dart ground service or any other reputed courier service. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding government and statutory holidays.
Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Any shipment delays due to unforeseen events will be informed to you by email.
All orders go through a 2-stage check for accuracy of ordered contents and are shipped through a reputed courier service. The dispatched box will be sealed with CompanyStore.IN tape which cannot be reused or reattached. In the unlikely event that the tape/box has been tampered with, please do not accept the consignment and bring the same to our notice on email@example.com immediately. All orders will arrive with a packing slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box. In case of any discrepancies or damage to the contents inside the box, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, name, employee id and details of the damage/ description or please call Customer Service Specialist at +91 9980138888 during business hours anytime between Monday and Friday if you have any questions.
HOW SHIPPING IS DONE FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?
The shipping time will vary depending on the product selected and the customization time needed. The lead times should be verified confirmed and accepted before any such orders are accepted.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED OR CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Credit card customers receive an email confirmation. You may also check your order status by clicking the "Order Tracking" button at the right hand top of page. By clicking on the order number in the Order Tracking page you will see an "Order Details" page with complete details about your order.
Why wasn't my order shipped as soon as it was placed? Merchandise is normally shipped out of our warehouse within 10 days of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be delayed. There will be delay in shipments for those orders in which certain products are out of stock.
Do I get any email confirmations regarding my Order ?
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order.

- Order Confirmation email
This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
- Shipment Confirmation Email
This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
- Important notice about your order There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order.
